Sir, what is force ke definition mein apne change of velocity ka reason bataya force Ko but agar hum squeeze kare kisi cheez ko toh woh bhi to force ke hi Karan se hi ho raha hai. So how can this definition be accurate?

change in velocity hoga to kinetic energy bhi change hogi or change kinetic energy work done ke brabar hogi. and jab shape change hoga to potential energy change hoga or es case mai change in potential energy work done ke brabar hoga
