We use pool noodles for the same purpose. Cut a slit about 1/2" apart and about 1/4 of the way thru the noodle. take your pre tied rig and put the swivel end in the slit. Pull the swivel up to the slit but where it's still sticking out. then just wrap your line around the noodle and stick your hook in it wherever it ends up at after it's wrapped up. Now you can see at a glance what rig it is, what size hook it is. Cut the noodle length to whatever stores good for you. You can use different color noodles for different set ups as well.

Every time I pre tie rigs they end up being exact opposite of what I need for the next trip out never fails
I tie several rigs of different assortments just in case
Watch I just bought new leader at the conference and tied up on my new rods I’ll get to the river and will have to cut them off😂😂😜
