OMG how beautiful is this video! Thanks! I Like to watch your videos again and again. And I work at home, watching them. For me it's like therapy, it makes me happy and gives me courage and enthusiasm. ☺️🙏🏻
I'm really glad to hear that. I have a really long Paris walk I'm working on too right now. It is 5 hours and filmed a sunny warm summer day. Its really nice. Anyway, many more to come. Thanks for watching. Enjoy your day.
What a beautiful place with plants and so well organized for running, walking, whatever for body discipline. I congratulate you and thank you very much for sharing this beautiful video, it touched my heart🙏💚💚💚💕💞
I took this walk on a sunny day in September 2019. In the Before Times. I think I turned around at about the tunnel under Picpus, so I watched to see what came after. Lovely stroll. Memories of Paris.
Amazing! I am from Paris but living abroad and I didn't even know about this path! My today's walking morning routine made me happy because of you!Merci!
Perfect day to upload this video! Happy Valentines Day! This was such a relaxing walk, Paris is beautiful and romantic, very therapeutic walk, thank you Isaac, Ciao!
Hey Dave, glad you enjoyed it. I have a new walk of Venice that I was hoping to get posted up today but the captions aren't ready yet. It is all uploaded though. It is just unlisted at the moment. So, I guess it will have to wait a few more days. Ciao!
Your tours are the best I’ve encountered on UA-cam so far. You film for the right length of time on each scenery, your pace is perfect and you miss out on nothing.
Hey, thanks so much! That is encouraging. It took a little while to learn what pace works well to watch on tv. I'll be posting up a short walk this weekend of the Saturnia Hot Springs. Thanks for watching and supporting the channel!
Oh, Mon Dieu. I didn't know about this promenade. Truly amazing, so fascinating. It'd be my must-see place when I could have the chance to fly. Thanks 4 the sharing 😉
I keep these videos rolling while I'm working. Just enough stimulus to keep me focused and not so much to distract me too long. Just the occasional 1-2 minute break to see where you're at. And the high quality sound of the environment is perfect. I've even had the videos playing on the tv in the background when friends are over and it creates some fun conversations.
Loved watching all your videos, very beautiful filming with captions, just like on a walking tour around the world from your living room! Very much appreciated all your hard work and big thank you 🙏❤️
Not sure how busy this “Highline” would normally be at other times if day/year/pandemic, but it seems wonderfully quiet and calm. Especially in contrast to NYC Highline. Both are wonderful and beautiful in their own way. Wonderful surprise that this path was created before the NYC path. And of course I need to throw in a heartfelt “Thanks!” for putting together this video.
I think the High Line is a lot more beautiful though. This looks like a park, while NYC’s High Line is a very unique mix of art, industrial renovation, park, river views, eateries, rooftops, murals, etc..
What a pleasant walk and much more tranqui than the streets below. Someone will always complain no matter how nice the project. It's obviously a success! This really shows a different aspect of this great city. Cheers, Rik Spector
Yeah, this was a little different than what I've been posting lately but I read that this was a nice short walk in Paris so I figured I should film it while I was there. I've pieced together my Paris walk finally. It is pretty long. Maybe too long but we'll see. Hope you're enjoying the snow.
Hello from Ohio. Very much enjoyed this. Glad I turned the CC on. Very informative. Such a variety of plant material. The roses were grand. Very disappointed in all the graffiti. I guess the children all over the world have lost respect.
I like what they did with the tree-lined street. The metal trellis' and the climbing plants really add. It's just sad a tree-lined street is the closest thing they have to a park or a connection to nature.
@@Cujas-o7v I last visited Bois de Vincennes 50 years ago, during my first year in Paris. I went to the zoo there. I recall seeing signs on the grass that read “Pelouse Interdite.” I didn’t know the word “pelouse” and wondered what I wasn’t supposed to do.
I walked the New York Highline a couple years ago with my family. It is definitely more and interesting and fun. There was a weird statue of an old guy in his underwear on the walk.
@@ProWalks Lol I guess art is not always easy to understand. Yeah, the High Line is a unique mix of park, art, murals, eateries, river views, etc. It’s really well designed!
For me the parisian is by far better and successful. we can't compare the premenade plantée of Paris to the NY high line. The aim of the parisian Promenade Pantee was to bring nature and trees among parisian boulevards, so we can even forget we're downtown. The NY project is just a bit wider (but very shorter) and made for touristic purposes with commercial stands and artistic items who have no interest in free nature project. In Paris there are plenty other places for artistic items no need to pollute the gardens.
@@alwantamalus3709 In NY you have Central Park, which is far superior to anything Paris has when it comes to urban parks. Riverside Park, Hudson River Park, Battery Park, etc. NYC is filled with iconic green spaces, the High Line is a unique mix of architecture, modern and old, arts, market, eateries, observatories, rooftop bars, murals... it’s an absolute jewel, and much more complete than Promenade Planteé, which as you said, is mostly a walkable green area and that’s it.
@@luuchoo93 the subject isn't who has the best parks and architecture in the world, but the project and idea to restore an old urban space and giving it back to mother nature to the point of forgetting the urban space. In this sens the promenade plantée is 100% successful and better than NY high line which is just an industrial structure decorated with plants plus commercial and artistic items for tourists.

Tipo, naquele labirinto, uma mulher passeando com o cachorrinho, puxava a coleira com tanta violência, fiquei com pena do cãozinho, se não tem paciência porque arruma cachorro. Aff

The most beautiful city walking trail I've ever seen ~ loved the trellises, tunnels, and wooden bridges too 🗼

Thank you for another great walk. This video warms me up literally. We are in the middle of a polar vortex - the current temperature is -28 C.

The graffiti is unfortunate. But on the bright side, when it's gets to be as old as the graffiti in Pompeii, it's a historical documentation! LOL.

Paris has many parks, large, medium and small.
At the end of this line there is a park called Bois de Vincennes which is like twice the size of central park

Always excellent videos, but if you edited out the graffitti, your videos would be outstanding. Merci 🇫🇷
Hey, thanks Clark. I suppose in some cases I could...but it would take a lot of work. :) Glad you enjoyed the walk though. Thanks for watching.
Maybe the city would seem cleaner if the graffiti was edited out but it wouldn’t be an accurate representation of what was there.

WAS THIS OR THE NEW YORK CITY HIGH LINE FIRST ?🌻
Apparently this was first. The OG among the elevated parks.

The NY city high line was inspired by this one in Paris
Why you turned around at 30:20 ? There was still a way to go.
