5 am club had given a significant boost to my life
    1) I got an amazing hike and got promoted IN MY company
    2) my energy towards my family increased ..doing most of house holds now (keeps my wife happy)
    3) productivity and creativity definitely increased ..I designed and lead development of a big data product widely used and promoted in my company
I still sleep with the 5 am club book under my pillow..
Long Live Robin Sharma Sir ..
    .thanks for this ..
However I still struggle to balance my life and work though ...still gets difficult to say no to work and to get away from that interia of motion ...
    Love
    SAMEER

This is something that muslims are already taught since we were kids. We normally start our days around 4-6 am for prayer and it is key to our success. The brain is the most active around 4-6 am and it is not advisable to sleep again after 6 am bcs it only make u more tired/unmotivated through out the day. Muslims who really commited to this practice, really have a good life spiritually and in achieving goals too. This should be practice to non-muslims too.

I discovered your books last summer in Greece where I always spend my summer holidays by the sea.
What to say, I love them! They have become a part of my life by now. I haven't stopped talking about you to my Greek and Italian friends and my family, of course.
A big Thank you for what you've done for us and what you'll still do in the future.
Robin Sharma, I admire you very much!

Robin, I'm currently reading through The 5AM Club for the 2nd time and it's been transformational on every level. I've been telling many people about the book (specifically 20/20/20), and most of the time I get a lukewarm response as they cannot fathom waking up at 5AM. Their loss!
I'm based in Los Angeles, and if you're currently in Malibu, would you be open to having a lunch with me? You've quickly become a hero of mine since I discovered you a month ago, and the opportunity would be marvelous.

Hello, Mr. Robin I been following you for a while and reading your books you are amazing! I am concerned about my routine, I always feel at 12:00 AM till 3:00 AM that I am energetic and in the right mindset to study, think, visualize... Even if I was exhausted from the day. I don't know what's the real reason. I was thinking about what if I could sleep at 5 pm and wake up at 12 am and start my day around that time, since I like to study and think at night because there is no light and it's quite. what do you suggest? Thank you in advance.

    The 5 am club. @thefiveamclub
    02.01.2020
The first feeling is an irritation for alarm: why is it sound so loudly? I want to sleep in my cozy warm bed and today I don't need to wake up so early. 6:30 is good enough to be on time in the office.
But I have a lifehack - I put the alarm in the living room, so I need to make at least 15 steps to switch it off. While I reach it, I become able to suppress the treacherous idea that leads to the swamp of laziness out of the road towards the dream.

    I have two doubts:-
    1. It's advised to not look into the blue lights in the first 60 - 90 mins of the day. Then how can we execute the grow part, if we want to study something online on youtube or any other platform?
    2. How only 20 minutes of studying something will turn us a leaders of future ?

It’s just a kicking off point. To elevate yourself to the top of your field within 18 months, you’ll need 3-4 hours deliberate study per day (rough guide). But you’re asking the right questions....now just apply.

I tried 5am method somewhere between the 44-66 days, but the constant problem I had was that I started anticipating the early wakeup beetween 2am-5am and sleep was disrupted several times every night, obviously that's no good so I paused the experiment few weeks back and feel more normal now that I'm in regular cycle. How ever, 5am method had good qualities and lots of things I did like, any tips how I could get the sleep right so I could give the 5am another go? Thank You!

There's actually scientific studies that show the brain and subconscious are more impressionable between 4-6am... It's not about the hours of sleep you get, but the hours in which you sleep within. Asleep by 10pm and up by between 4-5. You should be ready to jump into your day by 6am

Robin I really appreciate what you're doing. But you still are not teaching us about the right way of sleeping. And before sleeping routine.
