I believe Varg is happier than most people, he lives a simple life, he grows a lot of his own food and buys the rest from local farmers so he is very independent on mass produced food from companies. He obviously uses modern medicine if needed. He is respectful to mother nature and his mind isn't poisened by hollywood and the troubles of the modern society that has brainwashed people. You can always make them, handmade! I've seen Amish people make ice cream & candies & it's way better than any manufactured product made by machines, & yes they had some that were like Twix, but way better! It takes a lot of time though, but it's possible!

He's smart, but truly a lunatic. Yes, he's right that people would find more freedom by abandoning what is likely the goverment and all their resources, but in that scenario another empire would rise and eventually monopolize the public. It's human nature for a faction to take charge and monitor a society. What we need to do is find leaders who aren't obsessed with brain washing, great, and actually care about what we want.

I like to hear Varg's idealistic takes as a Marxist. He's one of the more observant people politically. Of course I do feel he's missing historical materialism. But so are most. He sees what's happening but he doesn't seem to go much beyond the intentions of those who are in power. 🤘🏻

Wow! Varg makes a fantastic point about living freely. Most people these days are in a race against time to become successful and truly free. I think that is a good way to make something of yourself, but I can see how Varg states that people are essentially trying to buy their freedom. Almost everything in life revolves around money, and the more of it, the better off you are. That is the curse of money and wealth.

While some people may view (maybe even Varg himself but I don't know the guy personally) the "they" he referred to in the video as "Jewish" I personally don't see the Jewish culture itself enslaving and doing what he talks about to the rest of the world, rather, I see it as capitalists and the natural tendency of capitalism to create these elite. I would replace the inference of "Jewish" as "they" with "Elites".
I wouldn't doubt that we would agree on this. The Elites may be Jewish but replace Jewish with any other culture and you have the exact same scenario, the system itself is doing this to itself.
