I literally JUST made an Odd Quest Priest deck that runs that mana 4/6 secret guy to beat up hunters. Mass Hysteria and Physic scream are devastating to them and healing for 4 is super helpful. Stealing Zul'jin or Rexxar with arch bishop is insane as well to help with the late game. I'm telling you it's gonna become a thing when someone makes a good version of the deck
I was just thinking, wouldn't chameleos be good here too? Stealing almost any card in that deck could be crucial and you'll see what to play around/ revealing what type of deck it is.

im 4 expansions late but archbishop benedictus actually turned these matchups into favourables cause you beat odd warrior in fatigue and you copy a bunch of removal (and can freely scream) against big spell mage.

You could have had lethal when you used alestrazia on yourself. If you had used it on him and used your mind blasts you would’ve been able to win. However he would still have 2 armour so you could’ve shadow visioned and got your third mind blast and that’s lethal

VERY IMPORTANT: Never forget to Shadow Visions into at least one "Thing You Want" (usually Mind Blast or Psychic Scream) before you draw both copies in your deck... Or you will be very sad. I actually won a game with Anduin out, Shadow Visions into Shadow Visions, Hero power spam... I don't recommend it.

The funny thing is hunter can still just beat you if you don't have duskbreaker by turn 5 every game cause spellstone is a fun card. Also rexxar on curve is back breaking cause poor hunter could onky win on the early gsme so it needed rexxar to also have the chance to shit on every control deck.

Vicious syndicate in the latest report mentioned divine hymn is not at all worth running, and not even primordial drakes. Instead runs 2 holy fires and 2 crowd roasters. Here, omega agent fills the role of divine hymn.
Nikil Kumar this is a valid point but i prefer the 2 divine hymns because you can get it off of the shadow visions, it costs less than omega, and it combos with the DK’s hero power, therefore being way more flexible than omega agent
22:22 why would you ever not ping face in that situation? Sets up lethal and he isn't able to heal up with lifesteal/charge minions. The opponents deck shouldn't run Kill Command.
According to HsReplay, Control Priest loses to all Hunter decks except Quest Hunter. In my opinion by planning removal optimally especially Spell Hunter is easy to contain, but NONE of the match-ups are autowins.

Interesting to note that having 4 mind blasts only gets you 2 extra damage compared to 3 mind blasts when you are Death Knight.

Leokk would probably die even if he healed him and then his other minions would go back down to 4 attack each because Leokk was buffing them.

Idk won evertyime against this deck w/ dr hunter @ rank 2 went through 4 or 5 priest playing this exact deck but with divine hymn at rank 3.
