They got one of them. You do know that they contacted cook county and took a voting machine in image the hard drive of everyone's information and all the voting records you know that right? You know that Trump's on tape asking governors to literally find him votes at the same time. Joking in text messages knowing that they didn't have the votes and that they had no rig election and then creating slates of fake electors to turn in. Not valid certificates and ask pence not to sign off on the ceremonial aspect of certifying the election to throw out a legitimate American votes. Then inside it a riot because pence wouldn't do it. Where people tried to kill elected officials they found guns and bombs all outside of DC but no Donald Trump's a good guy and everyone else is lying except for Trump. That is insane. You're uninformed please go actually read the indictments. Look up some of this information and not from newsmax or Fox News who's hosts literally have text messages from them to Donald Trump asking them how they should lie about things like the election fraud that they made up just got released in the Dominion lawsuit. The depositions there. You can read the text messages where they ask how to lie about these things and you're telling me that that's all still real in. Donald Trump is the bastion of truth in the American way but the justice department and literally everyone else including his own people that are admitting yeah Donald Trump trying to get me to do this are lying now,... Also, the indictments don't hinge on whether he was right or wrong about questioning the results, it's about whether he conspired to deprive the rights of voters under the 14th Amendment. They don't even need to establish whether any specific underlying crime was committed (urging Pence to reject electors, for example), but whether it furthered the conspiracy. Whether it's a legally sound theory is unknown at this point, but it won't result in discovery re: the legitimacy of his claims because that's not what is being alleged against him.
