How To Use This Ultrasonic Mouse Repellent Noise:
Ultrasonic frequencies don't travel through walls or across long distances. It is important to play this sound in the same area that mice frequently inhabit. Look for signs of activity such as mouse droppings or a nest and play this ultrasonic mice deterrent in that area.
How Do Ultrasonic Mouse Repellent Sounds Work?
Mice hear best in the 15-20 kHz frequency range. This sound has been designed to undulate and pulsate within that frequency range so that mice hear a constant distressing sound. Humans don't want to live with constant annoying noise and neither do mice, so when played regularly the mice simply move on.
For best results use this sound throughout the day and night until there are no further signs of mice in your house.

I tried four other mouse repellant sounds to no avail then found this one...not only did the chewing sound stop i saw a mouse take off from under a table. So it definitely works at least for my mice and my phone.
If the pitch suddenly cuts out and does not seam to fade out slowly that is because you device can not do any higher
At best, a human baby can hear up to 22 kHz. As we age, it drops down drastically. I'm at 12kHz right now so anything above that I will not be able to hear. In saying that, this has worked unbelievably and almost instantly to get rid of a couple mice that I have had.
I started playing this sound and all the littlw nibling noises stopped instantly. I havent been able to sleep tonight and it almost 4 in the morning. THANK YOU!!!!

I have a rat in my room so this helped me get it out
Check any kind of volume mixer you have on your device. Zero sound output. A mixer would recognize it, even if it was ultrasonic.

@@KatieConners-haux Well despite my complaint just now, my pet rats and little wild mouse are still sleeping soundly. I take back my earlier complaint. I'll add it to my pet playlist.
This video litterally doesn't have audio output. So if this worked for you it's a placebo. To get rid of mice throw away thrash and clean. Keep food in hard containers. And if you want to get rid of mice other videos do work and can be really loud. And verify you have sound output by seeing a little speaker icon on the tab.

Right now your App is playing, the mice have slowed down, but their still here and moving around. I, might be a mouse too, because I hate what I cannot hear.

It is debatable whether this sort of thing works or not. however, this video will not work for two reasons. #1 15khz-20 khz is still in the human hearing range and this is supposedly not so either it's playing nothing or it is going above what my device can do. in either case, there is no sound to deter the pests so this will do nothing. however, if it is the second this is just a limitation do my device. however I'm not sure if I would actually want sound between 15 and 20 khz anyway because again that is hearable and anoying.
PS if you thought this was annoying before trying with headphones on. lol

I tried this one n a few others then i found a channel called billabong vids theyve got a wall penetrating mouse n rat sound that works instantly...i have a mouae keeps runninv across my floor coming in thru the outlet w no cover.. turned on tgeur frequency n boom!! He didnt know what to do or where to run at first but he finally scrammed back thru the wall outlet. These lil a$$ hats are too smart these days for the mouse trap!! Got all the pnut butter off n never set the trap off! 😐

My loud vibrating speakers did chase them away when put up against the wall. However, I can't run them 24/7 gotta sleep sometime. They go right back when they are turned off a few hours later.

I'm a sound engineer. If you do not have a system that can output ultrasonic frequencies, which most consumer audio equipment cannot, there will be no sound output above 20k Hz. (Up to 22k Hz if you have pro gear).
I put the audio through my recording studio spectrum analyzer which can measure up to 95k Hz. After the 1st few frequency sweeps which climb up and drop off at around 20k max there is absolutely no sound whatsoever. Nothing. Nada. The initial frequency sweeps may create an immediate response, and scare the mice, but after that.... the mice will be back.
Oh.... and of course.... You can't record ultrasonic audio on a video anyways. :)
So .... even if you did have pro gear, or ultrasonic equipment, there's nothing. Just silence.

This don't work with my mouse and rat infestation I have about 50 rats in the very room I'm commenting on and they are still chewing on things crawl in the bed with me and they are not scared of me the will even sleep on my back when I fall asleep on my stomach I wake up and have one or two asleep on me idk why maybe because I keep the house cold trying to freeze them out. Winter especially they will do that guess to try and steal my warmth but this is not working sorry

Yep, this is correct. Humans won’t hear anything, but rest assured, it’s playing an annoying, pulsating sound rats and mice can hear.
