@@Vicky-cp3nx he was considering riders who want fitness + enjoyment . if one has a geared cycle he can ride to long distances to some good destination along with promoting fitness . but a non-geared cycle will only give u fitness , u will exhaust soon , so it would be hard to cover long distances and u couldn't enjoy the route .
