River city ransom is one of my favorite NES games, nice pick. I've watch many UA-camrs, well at least a few, showcase their complete NES game in box. But this is the first time some highlighted the small styrofoam rectangle at the bottom of the box. Which I totally forgot about till this video. Thank you for your service.
@@BrianQuarfoth that's fantastic! good for you that's why I like going thrift stores to. I found a Batman adventure number 12 near mint condition $0.50 later. And the GBA.
Jesus... I'd have gone so broke in that first shop. Very cool find of that River City Ransom. For 19 cents, fuck me. I was surprised you thought they'd figure out it was special though. I guess that's the trade off; your local Goodwills seem to more consistently have good shit than mine, but I guess that means they're more likely to know what they have. Mine never know the difference between anything. I haven't ever seen them price something higher because of what it is. So I've scored a few real gems for next to nothing myself, but it's super rare they show up in my neck of the woods. Bytheway, I dig your little tv there. When did you score that? Maybe I missed a video.
Yeah it seems like these goodwills are kind of savvy about some stuff. I know the employees snatch up a lot of good stuff before it even hits the floor. I've had that tv for many years. My wife bought an Atari 2600 off craigslist and the guy threw the tv in for free. That's the tv I've been using in my reviews lately. So you get to see the back off it a lot!
Great thrifting as always! Those Masters of the Universe and Thundercats figures are my childhood right there.
Me too! Love those He-Man toys!
Damn!! that sweet river city ransom.
It's time it's time it's Thrifting time!! I like the Pinky and the Brain shirt.
