I've seen a couple of performances of this song by the VOL, each with different soloists and members of the group. This one seems to have six members of Voctave: Jamey (the man with one arm), Sarah(in the purple dress), Tiffany (who sings the lead here), Karl (the black man in the center), Kate (the woman in the blue dress who hits that high note), and J.C. (the man on the far right).

Beautiful. The voices of Liberty are always one of the Highlights of my Epcot trip. They are a must see.

The lady in blue has a AMAZING High range for her vocals and the lady in the purple does a better job as the lead lady vocal. in my opinion

Voices have been at Epcot since 1982. They're pretty well insulated from any budget cuts.
