It's a running meme in the Yugioh community, since it's a very commonly recurring card in the original series anime, but every time it's played, the player states what it does as if the other player doesn't know - even if they ALSO played Pot of Greed in the same duel. Thus, clearly nobody knows what it does.
It is also poisonous over long periods of ingestion, potentially leading to cancerous cells forming alongside sucralose leading to leukemia, and red dye leading to birth defects. The stuff is bad and banned around the world, but the U.S. doesn't seem to mind... Your migraines are a good sign to avoid the stuff.
@@furniture5223 We 100% have aspartame in Sweden so I'm not sure what you're talking about with it being banned. Apart from some people being overensitive to it (headaches/migraine kinda stuff) it seems to not be dangerous EXCEPT if you have the rare heritable disease PKU (phenylketonuria) where you can't eat aspartame (along with a LONG list of other kinda random food items) without getting brain damage. 100% agreed that it tastes horrible though, and it's absolutely insane to me that it's put into anything that isn't CALLED "sugar-free" (sometimes stuff even has sugar AND sweeteners!)
@@metallsnubben The "Roll for Sandwich" show is out of the U.S. in which none of the state banned the chemical. A vast majority of health conscious countries have banned sugar alternatives because of the health hazards attributed to them over prolonged periods, but I never said every country. Yours might be unlucky enough to still allow it. Aspartame is unhealthy to consume and is proven to lead to several illnesses and health defects just like the other two items I mentioned. Consume them if you want, you were given the ability to choose, but they are very unhealthy "food grade" materials, allergy or not.
@@furniture5223 And which countries are those? All I can find is _proposals_ that aspartame should be banned (in France and Indonesia for example) and what has actually gone into effect is more like stricter rules on how prominent "contains sweeteners" has to be on packaging. Sweden is for the most part right in line with the rest of the EU when it comes to food additives, and afaik the EU has some of the strictest food additive regulations in the world? Certainly stricter than the US I avoid sweeteners myself mostly cause they taste bad. They've also been shown to not even be great for reducing calory intake since tasting sweet and then not getting the corresponding sugar in your blood can lead to just wanting to eat more to compensate. So it's unnecessary and dumb that it's put into everything, _especially_ not explicitly "sugar-free" stuff, and stuff like diet soda is mainly pushed by the industry because it's a lot cheaper than sugar. All that can be true without being poisonous. (excluding the classic ancient roman sweetener of... lead)
This made me crave a portabella burger like nothing else.
Yep, Not vegetarian but I do love a grilled and marinated portobello. Delicious!
This looked fire!
WHAT DOES POT OF GREED DO!
You draw 2 cards for free
In Yu-Gi-Oh it allows you to draw two more cards
lol yu-gi-oh the abridged series reference

Big mushroom burger is a good idea! Thanks, dice, I might do me one of those this week
It's nice to see what kind of pregnancy-safe sandwich is possible on your show so thanks!😊
Plum powder having a sugar substitute is kind of insane.
I like everything on this one
Oh wow this looked amazing! I’d eat this in a heart beat!!
My sister and my dad have been watching you for a long time on TikTok
Purple and green dice, I love it. Also isn't pot of greed 3 cards?

Portebello taste better if you scrape out the gills. That sandwich looks so tasty though! ❤
Ugh why would they just randomly put aspartame in a seasoning? That stuff has a horrible aftertaste and is a migraine trigger for me.
