It is called Glitter Heart Maker(글리터 하트 메이커, グリッターハートシェイカー) made by Takara Tomy. It seems it is from Japan, and imported to Korea by Toytron. I think is released on 2022(in Korea), because I saw the same one since that year on a mart and department store.
