sir when i try to open scholarship form this message is shown As per ICAI guideline your not eligible to apply scholarship for intermediate course. The eligibility for intermediate course is within 9 month from the following month of registration date of the course. but this is not fair sir because i have not claimed my scholarship earlier and this is my 3 rd attempt for ca inter exams students like me also must get a chance to apply for scholarship as we are financially not good do something sir

Because I cannot find any such declaration form on icai website. Or is to be in self written format. Please help me out.
@@PiyushKumar-qw3nz dear the format is given by icai and in every term the format is hosted on the site of filling the exam form. So you can fill the form as per your attempt whenever the icai starts accepting the form for the same.
