I had a stroker cam, with a holley high rise plate; A 960 Holley Race carb. sat on top the motor was married to a Trq.FLT8 transmission with the rear gear set to POS/ LOW. That truck yuped in all three gears, and around any hard turn from stop. O an it was headers no pipes, just pure Mopar purring from a 318. Cheers - Subscribed..

Lol my 66 coronet 318 even ran with a broke crank shaft and piston and connecting rod in pieces it sounded like a war but ran lol

A lot of people don’t like them. I never had a problem with them. They work just fine and are still available.

You can only run an engine about 3 minutes to 4 minutes without water.
