You might have been aware of making uthappam but this special podi uthappam which tastes much better than normal Onion Utappam or plain Uthappam. It Involves 2 steps first making the Batter followed by making of special podi and finally the Uthappam. It tastes absolutely yummy best suited for breakfast or evening snacks.
