Favrot brush is a cluster of random dots and scribles in on brush. Great for starts, freckles and can give irregular texture styles and shapes wherever needs
this video is so so helpful😭😭 ive been neglecting making my own brushes for so long cuz the settings seemed so daunting but youve made it seem so much simpler
Thanks, im getting newly serious at Photoshop, the amount of Brushes I downloaded but realised I have no idea what I can make out of them so it may aswell have been a simple pencil tool from Paint, But this is awesome cheers bud
Have you figured out how to link the halftone pattern thickness with the pressure sensitivity? Anyway, I love your content, mate. After all these years, I've just realised I could do more with my brushes lol.
Thanks for watching! I haven't quite cracked the code yet, though it's been a little while since I tried. If I do, I'll definitely post a video showing how!
Hi Daniel :) this video is amazing.. btw,, can you show how make a brush of halftone :( i mean really brushing function for make halftone.. i cant find it in youtube..
Thank you! Once you've made your changes, be sure to hit the little square at the bottom of the brush panel. You'll be able to save your brush and rename it. However, if you want a version of a brush with colour dynamics and one without, you'll need to save 2 versions. Photoshop won't "remember" the changes if you switch back and forth.
one more thing, if it doesnt save the "texture" choice of yours, youll need to reset your Photoshop preferences, apparnetly my preferences were broken for over a year; the textures were not loading/keeping my changes.
I've just released a short showing how to make a regular halftone brush - I've tried reverse engineering the pressure sensitivity being linked to the size of the dots and I just can't seem to figure it out for now!
What are some of your favourite brushes to use? 😄
Thanks a lot Daniel, I’ve follow you awhile and learned a lot of things

@@maxgwyer5707 Those types of brushes are great! They can work for tonnes of things like you mentioned - snow, stars, dirt, etc.

@@demsyciu All good! The halftone brush in this video is from Patrick O'Keefe, I got it from his course '2D Sequence Illustration'
Hi, how did you do the last brush effect? The harder the pressure the thicker the pattern
What did purity control?
Does anyone know where you can get Patrick O'Keefe brush?
👌🙏
