Springbok centre Lukhanyo Am is the pride and joy of his hometown, King Williams Town in the Eastern Cape. More now than ever before because of the part he played in bringing home the Rugby World Cup.
Am set up Makazole Mapimpi to score the Boks first ever World Cup final try on Saturday. Those who know him well say Am is living his dream. He didn't come up through traditional rugby ranks, but the Green and Gold was always in his sights.
