YM2610 Test Tune (SNK Neo Geo)

So, Delek gave me the new version of DefleMask at no cost for an intro song I sent him a long while ago. I was curious to try out the YM2610 in this new version, though it currently lacks the ADPCM-B channel.

@@SJS_Second_Channel There is the fmtoy tool that exports instruments from Ym2203/2608/2610/2151/2612 vgms but you need to compile by yourself
