I have both style of the dumbells i really prefer the stright bar with spring clips. The twist on one ahh i find myself constantly tightening up the nut when im lifting heavy especially.

I got the Smith machine like that, but it has two pulleys on it for chest flies oh crossover.

See thats the thing 45lb plates especially old beat up ones aren’t always 45lbs there are plates out there with an actual weight as low as 39lbs
Unless your competing in powerlifting, do you really need them to be that precise and weigh exactly 45lb?

Why would you do decline press? Just do flat bench, and you'll still get overall pec development.
