15:28 Videl counter Super could be DHC after the power up for awhile now. Dunno if it was already there before Labcoat or slightly after. It's been a blessing the fact that she can just do it as a regular Super too now, as you already said it's like charging a shotgun for the rest of the match hahaha.

It’s the longest lasting assist in the game irrc. It’s the versatility it holds. It can be used pretty much anywhere. Neutral it covers the ground and then there’s a gab and then it covers the air making it really easy to layer. In blockstrings it gives you the most braindead stagger pressure. The assist in itself is a stagger
