There are so many contradictions in sahih. So what about this ahadith. Sahih Bukhari Book 004, Number 0838: A'mash reported: When the Messenger of Allah (may peace be upon him) suffered from illness of which he died, and in the hadith transmitted by Ibn Mus-hir, the words are: The Messenger of Allah (may peace be upon him) was brought till he was seated by his (Abu Bakr's) side and the Apostle (may peace be upon him) led the people in prayer and Abu Bakr was making takbir audible to them, and in the hadith transmitted by 'Isa the (words are):" The Messenger of Allah (may peace be upon him) sat and led the people in prayer and Abu Bakr was by his side and he was making (takbir) audible to the people." Two people supported the Prophet on their shoulders and carried him to the mosque. These two people were Ali and Abbas. it is interesting to note that in all her narrations, A'isha said it was Abbas and 'another man'. Other sahaba narrate that the second person was Ali. So neither Ali nor the Prophet prayer behind Abu Bakr. So which ahadith is right? Sahih is not Qur'an that has to be taken 100% correct. 😮
