despite the name spec ops (short for special operations), this guy doesn't seem to know how to handle a gun unlike some units I've seen. He's hip firing, which almost everyone who knows how to fire a gun knows that's the least effective way to fire. He's probably Russian considering his weapon, so I guess that explains the reason he's hip-firing lol
That feels like a major problem with all firearm based characters, there supposed to be trained soldiers but miss 90% of there shots at what looks like roughly 10-15 feet 🤦♂️
I don't understand why trained millitary units are so inaccurate. Like the marine girl, spec ops tmf. These are all trained soldiers. Why of they have a miss rate of 80%. . Shouls be the most accurate in the game

Yes he has pretty good ranged damage and great knockbacks
