- 💌 Hello my loves!
Sorry about the funky filter... felt like experimenting with some color grading... it will get better I promise haha.
Thank you for joining me again this week! I was yapping a lot in this video, hope you don't mind. :)

I used to struggle to sleep because of my anxiety and what helped me is:
- eating carbs for dinner instead of at lunch
- doing sports in the Morning/afternoon
- breathing exercises
- no phone or laptop 1h before bed (i knit, read, journal or draw instead)
- the most difficult thing I did was to start a process of self discovery, mostly through journaling, to understand myself better, understand what I want to do based on my own rhythm in life. I found out most of my anxiety came from that and whenever it happens I try to convince myself that I can’t prevent the future but I can work on my habits to create my reality (a little step everyday!)
I hope it helps 💌
Thank you so much🩷🩷
I have had issues falling asleep due to adhd and anxiety since I was a little kid. What I find works for me is either listening to an audiobook, or lately I’ve been doing meditation to fall asleep. I use an app called Oak, and it’s actually free, which is nice. I also find if I’m really anxious at night I take melatonin and L-theanine to help me feel relaxed and sleepy.
Ohhh great thank youu🩷🩷

Omg now I'm craving pancakes haha 🥞I really love your vlogging style Bodil, can't wait for your next video😃
Ahhh tysm🤎🤎🤎
Lovely video! really cheered me up (as always) and helped me to feel motivated. I have struggled with insomnia for a long time and I think having some time (1/2hours) before bed to wind down without screens/bright lights tends to help. Thanks for the wonderful vlog
Ahhh tysm!! For your recs and kind words🩷🩷😚
I would suggest trying not to eat anything at least 3 hours before going to sleep, also not using your phone or computer at least 2 hours before, those two tips help me a lot cause snacks in the evening give your body energy it doesn't need before sleep and using devices activates your brain, excites you and makes you awake. It's better to do smth to unwind like skin care, taking a bath/shower, reading, journaling, also a short walk (listening to a book/podcast or nothing) works wonders, I get home very sleepy
Lovely thank you💓💓💓
as for the evening routine I would included: cooking dinner, meditate, journal, read, hot girl walk and drinking tea

loved this vlog! you can try to add stretching before going to bed to your evening routine, helps with any sore muscles after a long day
