The way the younger actress talks and looks at Blake seeking reassurance, shows that it is Blake’s dominion. The only actress that doesn’t do that is the skinny brunette from one of the old movies who is equal or of superior dominance.
“You haven’t seen movies like this before” there are many actors that have popular movies be there first movie and many movies that are based on books. This girl is so delusional
Blake Lively is bullying the director by isolating him from the rest of the cast! Just because she thought she should be the one directing the film and she and her obnoxious husband made the film worse.
What i love about this press tour is that the Men is the one who really care to aware the public about domestic violence and the Women just actually promote her husband and her hairline like it was a RomCom 🙄.
Blake is such a mean girl she’s trying to take over Justin baldoni the person who actually cared about this story and decided to bring it to life! And the only one talking about the actual message of the story domestic violence!!
The point is not to be explicit about it in the interviews so that people don’t make assumptions about what they’ll see in the film and not go or assume they don’t need that whatever. Especially with the way it’s shot. It’s meant to create a somewhat first person/immersive experience so that you can get the eye opening/aha moment. This is so clear. The fact it has to be explained is wild to me.
Why would the young actress need to spend time learning Blake if they are both playing the same character? Shouldn't they share the characters mannerisms, instead of Blake's?
It’s sad that Justin was treated so disrespectfully! She never brought this character to life, she made it about her! She wouldn’t even talk about domestic violence.
@July-ola basically she tried to overtake directions of the movie, even though she was not director, her husband was then writing scenes already written for the movie, then she bullied hard justin on set, telling him how to direct and then when he walked away so it didn't escalate on set, she started laughing, then probably asked the whole cast to join in and bully him. Watch how justin talks about the movie, then watch blake. You'll be able to tell what happened, she's a btch
I feel sorry for the main actor of her last film Justin Baldoni who is the director of the film and holds the rights to adapt the book to the cinema. She acts he doesn't exist in a very disrespectfully and unprofessional way. As the film was hers. Very disrespectful this actress who wanted to take over his film he has been working for years. She and her husband did it. He talks about domestic violence, she's more about selling the film like Barbie with flowers and selling the beverage products and hair products along with the film's premiere. And the book writer selling nail polish and colouring books. The movie poster she produced ( her face and flowers), there isn't his name either. He is a class act, mature with high emotional inteligence. His interviews of the film are the best. In his interviews, he shows the reality of the film and speaks out against domestic violence very accurately.
yes the movie is about domestic violence yes the other actor should have been a part of this interview . they're they're joking about tanning and slumber parties and about their Wardrobes. talk about the movie. and Stop Sugar Coating . I gotta see this movie. AS DV survivor, i am not mad at her knowing what it felt., clearly she only know about marketing and directing. I'm kind of sad that Justin knew the meaning of this and he was taken away from this whole thing. Clearly, she should have step down because of her background and Justin was the one for the cause the DV. But he was the playing the bad guy in this role. maybe this did on purpose....I dont fvken know. They are actors and actress, so they can act IF they are in the same room, JS.
As a DV victim, I love how Blake promotes the movie. She is so right in saying that we are not just what happens to us but so much more. Like come on guys! I don't understand the hate she is getting....
How comical that she states she “expresses herself through wardrobe” but is offended when asked about her clothes from the interview with Cafe Society.
I went to see the film last night, I really enjoyed it! Haven't read the book so can't say if it did it justice. I thought the film was visually very beautiful.
Hey.. I feel cheated 😢 why was the young Atlas not showcased? You could have cut some of Lively Blake. She talked enough 🤷♀️ Awww it would have been nice to hear from him.
Colleen aged the characters up for the movie. She wrote it when she was young and didn’t realize early 20’s was not realistic for jobs like neurosurgery, she’s confirmed this in multiple interviews.
Never thought about Blake being this air head, thought it was the GG character but she took it to real life and now she’s a very bad actress that’s only know for having good clothes… she’s empty, she doesn’t even acknowledge the situation she’s talking about, doesn’t seem to study her character or the psychology of it nor the story that’s she’s telling and selling, she’s not prepared, she’s there to talk about her wardrobe, her Taylor friend and being the cast shadow. Such a frivolous woman to be in a powerful storyline… such a shame, maybe Jennifer Lawrence, Margot Robbie, Ana de Armas or Gal Gadot… would’ve make it better, they would’ve took this movie to Oscar’s for sure, or someone that actually can tell a story, someone that actually is a method actress that can make justice to the character and the story, the director and the cast, the answers to the interviews… someone with talent & brains, not just a plant of te industry, cause that’s what she is, her face sells so it doesn’t matter if she can’t act, and more important she doesn’t seem to care cause she’s self absorbed and has good looks to keep living on the industry.
She's always always interrupting with things that aren't that funny and perpetuating this repartée that's kind of not that interesting and no one's interested in your jokes not funny let's do the interview already
I'm really here to understand what the drama is about, I dont get it. The critisism has gone too far. The questions are clearly to Blake as Lilly. Its the kind of question, not Blake making it over her.

The cast seems corny as fuck. The PR will be why I don’t watch the movie. I’ll read the book tho.
The way the younger actress talks and looks at Blake seeking reassurance, shows that it is Blake’s dominion. The only actress that doesn’t do that is the skinny brunette from one of the old movies who is equal or of superior dominance.
God women let others speak!
“You haven’t seen movies like this before” there are many actors that have popular movies be there first movie and many movies that are based on books. This girl is so delusional
Blake is talking way too much.
She tries so hard to sound intelligent but all she does is talk in circles. She is exhausting.
Blake Lively is bullying the director by isolating him from the rest of the cast! Just because she thought she should be the one directing the film and she and her obnoxious husband made the film worse.
"She's lived a full life...all that life experience.." Isnt Lily in the book early 20s ?
Where's Justin in all of this?
I'm so surprised that he's not on the cast press tour
Why isnt the main actor there.
What i love about this press tour is that the Men is the one who really care to aware the public about domestic violence and the Women just actually promote her husband and her hairline like it was a RomCom 🙄.
I starting to dislike Blake and her husband …. Like they want to make everything about themselves…
Im having that feelin as well. Overhyped couple
Im not i learn to spell right.... Bro how 😂 no body asked u to watch this leave than 💀
lol Brandon’s body language is screaming
He’s a hostage
So, Blake, you actually directed the movie????... 🙈🤨🤨
Blake is such a mean girl she’s trying to take over Justin baldoni the person who actually cared about this story and decided to bring it to life! And the only one talking about the actual message of the story domestic violence!!
yeah. Justin Baldoni not being here is odd. What an unprofessional way to do press.
woman*
Bro shut up Blake isn't a mean girl just cause justin isn't there maybes he's got other stuff going on leave Blake alone jealous Pathetic 😂
@@ST-rj8iubro.... so what he wasn't there for one Interview
WHERE IS JUSTIN???
Why would the young actress need to spend time learning Blake if they are both playing the same character? Shouldn't they share the characters mannerisms, instead of Blake's?
Hahha 😅 excellent point. That's what I was thinking
we don’t care, we want to see mr justin baldoni ❤
Cheers to the interviewer for guiding the energy. Every-time she stopped talking, I cringed.
Where's Justin...???
Blake pick me moment. Insufferable. You’re not Margot Robbie, Z list if it weren’t for Reynolds or Swift.
The guy who plays Atlas seems like he’s high as a 🪁
Brandon is a really gorgeous man! oh my! Love his character of Atlas and his real life personality seems very chill and laid back..love it!
Brendan and the young actors look awkward af. Young Atlas looks so uncomfortable.
I mean if Blake Lively using a movie abt DV to promote her haircare line does not prove how out of touch she is. Well this interview for sure does
Blake is so annoying i cant stand her
She's acting in real life. She is different.
They honestly need to do an interview with Justin and all cast members and leave Blake out. Justin was amazing in this film.
I couldn't agree more
I´m sorry but it feels very superficial, I kinda get the type of promotion to get revenue for the film but it feels light for the topic.
It’s sad that Justin was treated so disrespectfully! She never brought this character to life, she made it about her! She wouldn’t even talk about domestic violence.
I dont respect Blake Lively anymore, shes a mean girl .
Why?
Lost all respect for her. She joined the people who mocked Princess Kate when she went MIA.
I wish I understood what happened because I’m having a hard time trying to maintain neutral about this.
You should see an interview with her from a couple years ago, big mean girl energy. It was uploaded recently, by the journalist Kjerti Flaa
“Wardrobe is how I enter a character” yet she doesn’t want to be asked about her wardrobe…
American culture exuding in this interview
Yep, or the absence of it.
yes the movie is about domestic violence yes the other actor should have been a part of this interview . they're they're joking about tanning and slumber parties and about their Wardrobes. talk about the movie. and Stop Sugar Coating . I gotta see this movie. There was no passion what So ever in this interview they literally the only actor Who had passion was not their. these actors here were ready to leave that interview 😮 no passion. the Interviewer must have been like really.
Im so confused is the writer the girl next to blake who is colleen
No thats her costar who play younger version of her character
Her hair line seems not to work for her cause her hair is really frizzy
Her outfit makes me dizzy. 😵💫
I don’t think id categorize lily’s journey as “ beautiful “. Its like Blake never read the book.
Isabela & Blake have the same mole placement on the face so cute! 🥰
Her husband is the reason people even know her.
At least the she wasn’t forgotten after Gossip Girl
Let other people speak please for future reference omg 😲 🤦🏾♀️ Justin defo needs to be recognised for this movie❤ why is he not there omg
They all hate her hahahahaha
As a DV victim, I love how Blake promotes the movie. She is so right in saying that we are not just what happens to us but so much more. Like come on guys! I don't understand the hate she is getting....
Neither do I! I'm honestly floored about this internet outrage. 🫤
How comical that she states she “expresses herself through wardrobe” but is offended when asked about her clothes from the interview with Cafe Society.
I literally thought Isabella was AI 😂
I cried so many times during the movie
Blake’s outfit is gaudy
Why won’t she ever talk about DV? I think I would’ve wanted to see it if they would’ve talked more about that.
I went to see the film last night, I really enjoyed it! Haven't read the book so can't say if it did it justice. I thought the film was visually very beautiful.
What does IP mean?
IP stands for "intellectual property"
People must be suprised that its about lily getting herself hirg over and over.
insufferable. thank god she's being exposed.
Beautiful actors🥰
She talks like the director but doesn't carry the title. He husband clearly pumps her ego up, its taking over the whole room.
Blake is annoying, especially after that old interview resurfaced, she is a total mean girl!
But where’s Justin?
Blake talks a lot, but she is not saying anything.
Hey.. I feel cheated 😢 why was the young Atlas not showcased? You could have cut some of Lively Blake. She talked enough 🤷♀️ Awww it would have been nice to hear from him.
Read the book I would not have cast her in this, for starters, she's too old.
The men are also too old, why don't you talk about them?
Look into other interviews. They said they made all characters older in the movie compared to the book. So Blake is not playing 19 old Lily.
Please be DCU's batman Brandon🙏
The movie is not even good. They need all the drama during the promo to put it in the spot. Otherwise is a plain movie with a pretentious actress.
Blake Lively o Brasil te ama e mulheres não podem mais sofrer assedio. ❤🇧🇷👏🏻👑
she's got to be a sociopath or something
She's always always interrupting with things that aren't that funny and perpetuating this repartée that's kind of not that interesting and no one's interested in your jokes not funny let's do the interview already
I'm really here to understand what the drama is about, I dont get it. The critisism has gone too far. The questions are clearly to Blake as Lilly. Its the kind of question, not Blake making it over her.
I don't understand why the actor that was in role of the young Atlas didn't have been considered by the journalis ...I didn't appreciate at all..
Blake’s sarcasm is so rude lmao damn
