    Hi! I'm a beginner and i'm looking to get my first "proper" racket. I'm 20yr / 120lbs / 5.4" would the Team be a good option for me?

      If you like spin and have modern grip style it could be great match

    Hi! I’m 33 years old, now I have a Wilson Pro Staff RF 97 but I’m not an advance player and know I have wrist problems. Do you recommend me this one or the pure aero regular?

    • @SolowSports
      @SolowSports 3 місяці тому +1

      A lot to unpack here. The RF97 as stated in our review is only for advanced players with a strong physique and excellent technique. No exceptions. The Pure Aero is for spin and Pure Aero 98 is for spin with accents of control. The first step to picking the perfect racket for any player is to determine the category of performance you play best with (power, control, spin, comfort, classic, etc.) and then find the racket silo that best matches your needs. Feel free to text us which performance you seek most and we can tell you which rackets best match it. 😁

      @@SolowSports I use to play with spin, that’s why after all my research I pick the pure aero. My doubt is the weight. My actual racket weights 340gr unstrung and I have wrist problems now, I don’t know if the team is the best option or the 300gr version

      @@yassernunezaznaran I personally dont believe 340g unstrung is a good weight for many players. Its the rarest and most accomplished weight class. Being you mentioned you are not an advanced player, i would recommend going far lighter unless you have bodybuilder physique. :))

    Hi Solow Sports.
    I am 54 years old and I am 4.0 and my wife is 48 and is 3.5 I was just thinking about this racquet for us to play Doubles. What do you think about that choice? Are the changes in the 2023 just cosmetic?
    I would like to hear your comments.
    Thanks!!!

      Great question. I think age and level are less important for your racket choice than some other criteria. 1. Do you prefer power, control, or spin? 2. Any injuries of the shoulder, elbow or wrist? 3. What is your game style/grip style? 4. What is your current racket and what do you like about it or dislike about it?

    Hi, I'm a 15yr old intermediate player (5 ft 7, 55kg). I've been looking at the Babolat pure aero line for a while now, and I don't know if I should go with the team, or with the regular. I am planning on having this racket for a couple of years (3-5 yrs) and I don't know if the team will become too light for me as I get older, or if the regular will be too heavy at the start. I reckon I'm an aggressive baseliner with nice volley skills, and I was wondering if you could edge me in one direction.

      Def the Pure Aero is a better fit than the Team. (Team is best for players 12-15 years and Pure Aero is 15+)

      @@SolowSports I was thinking about getting a hybrid string set up with a multifilament string and a poly/co ploy, but I'm unsure if I should put the multifilament on the mains for more comfort and power, or the poly/co-poly on the mains for spin durability. I haven't tested each of these variations out yet, so what would you recommend i start with.

      String and tension is determined more by player preference than pairing it with the racket. What are you looking for in your player performance?

    i used to play tennis competitively when i was younger from the age 5 to 16 with babolet pure aero i dont remember the exact model but i remember it being a kid-teen size/weight. I took a break for 5-6 years, now coming back to playing tennis again for fun and small tournaments im 21 5’10 and 150lbs i just bought the pure aero team but im scared cause a lot of reviews say that it for kids that are transitioning from their smaller racquets. Should i refund and get the 300g pure aero instead.

      Absolutely. Adult males (18+ years old) should be in 300 or more weight class rackets.

    is it the same as the regular pure aero but lighter, or is there a different feel and different technology

    • @SolowSports
      @SolowSports 9 місяців тому

      All rackets come in multiple weights. The different weights allow you to size the racket perfectly to the player by age, physique, skill, and more. The Pure Aero Team = midweight option. The Pure Aero = standard weight. They have the same technology and features. If you were interested in this racket you can demo them side by side to see which weight is the best fit for you.

    • @SolowSports
      @SolowSports Рік тому

      For more control (and spin) Babolat RPM Blast is recommended on this racket. Depending on what string you currently use you might like others or you could up your tension. What’s your current setup? Other than control, what else are you looking for?? (Power, control, spin, price, durability, brand, color, elbow sensitivity, etc)

    • @nicohorer2849

      usually I use yoney poly tour pro 24 kg . its a very nice string but without Power. but the aero is very powerful so maybe thats ok. I am looking for control and spin and durability.
      I also try hyper g , think its similar to rpm blast but I think too stiff...

    I'm an athletic person new to tennis. 33yr / 145lbs. The Pure Aero Team 100 has been the best for me in terms of forgiveness, ease of use, and consistency. I will likely buy the Aero Team 100
