    Nice to know and learn from the experiences of being out of the country and went back to do something different, great lesson to know of.       True.. hindi magandang maging boss dito sa US pag galing sa pinas o Bago lang Dito sa US masyado silang strict at maarte. Pag American easy lang silang kasama at Hindi strict. Pag pinoy iniisip nila mataas ang position nila at nandon dapat ang acknowledgement mo sa narating o position nila.. may mga boss na pinoy na okay Naman at naka adapt. Pag pinoy mahilig ma mersonal tulad nong mga nasa senate at Congress. 😊

      @@RomanMurallo totoo yan, tayong pinoy tends to look at things small and personal, ika nga, micro manage, while the westerners always look at the “big picture”. Ganyan din ang style karamihan sa ating mga politiko.
