I think in the instructions with the measurements, you have omitted the first circle at 1cm. You have the instructions starting at 1.5cm.

@@NidhiPrakashArts I had 1.5, 3, 3.5, 6, 7, 8, 8.5, and 9 cm circles? Divided at every 15°? And mine looked nothing like yours.
