Uncle Joey "Coco" Diaz & Kim C. = a great fiery/fuego combo ! doing a comedy concert in prison; I was thinking about Paul Rodriguez, doing a special, in San Quentin (1995); there was an earlier show, filmed also in San Quentin, called "Behind Bars" (1991). Cyndi Lauper - "Girls Just Wanna Have Fun" (1983); album: She's So Unusual; Lauper's debut album. Cyndi is from (Brooklyn,) New York/Yawk. I think that Annie Lederman (who looks like Scarlett Johansson), who co-hosts the "Trash Tuesday" podcast with gals Esther P. and Khalyla K., is hilarious too.

Hes like your cool uncle who wants the best for you but lets you fuck around from time to time. He has the life experience to back up his wisdom and the personality to make it funny. You gotta be into his style of humor though which is all based around story telling and the way he says things.
Ive found Joey has 2 fan bases. One of the fan bases like him for who he is and have watched his growth throughout the years (and hopefully grew with him). The other fan base are drugged out losers who cant admit they are drugged out losers and view Joey as their champion. Meanwhile Joey moved on from being "the druggy guy" years ago and has talked about the importance of beating your addictions, taking breaks, being sober, etc for years now.
