I definitely remember that animation at the end. Also, there's a cameo by Ned the Dead (at just before :20). Even though Hello News pretty much started out at Milwaukee's WISN (which may have still been using it at this point), it was more often used by Wisconsin's NBC affiliates: In addition to WLUK, it was definitely used by Madison's WMTV and Eau Claire's WEAU (along with the Twin Cities' WTCN [today's KARE]) at some point during the '80s.
