Mark, this is probably Myles' best album, I'm going to make a request, next year make an alter bridge album with more songs similar to Fable of Silent Son, with more progressive songs.
Hey Mark, thanks a lot! Yeah, Myles is awesome. We can't wait to hear The End Will Show Us How. If you're in Europe and have some time before release, let's sit down for a similar talk. 🙌 Cheers //Kris
Been a fan if this guy since The Mayfield Four, my taste for music has completely changed since then, but I can still admire Myles’s work. Can’t wait for the new album
Great interview! I’ve been the biggest Alter Bridge fan ever since the Open Your Eyes video premiered back in 2004, and now truly spoiled that I get to go and see Mark and Myles on their own solo tours. Can’t wait! 🤘🤘
This album is so killer and I think it puts Myles into his well-deserved spotlight as a solo artist. Besides the amazing riffs and arrangement of the album, the mix is also fantastic. It's heavy, fuzzy yet transparent and the drums and compression is pumping but so clear. I hope one day we'll get some insights into the production and how it was recorded and mixed.
If I remember correctly, the development of those narrowfield pickups ended up costing PRS approx. $600 per unit built. This makes more sense, now that we've seen the same technology applied to some imported versions. This has allowed for broke ass guitar villains like me, to get my hands on a guitar with virtually the same pickups. For a fraction of the cost, with the NF3. I'm real pleased with it, and it's nice to not have to upgrade a bunch of the electronics on a relatively inexpensive guitar for once. I'm somewhat leary of gimmicks, and rarely stray from the known guitar paths of my heroes. But, I've got to admit, that this NF3 is something all together "different". It's packaged very neatly again, just like the Myles sig. But now in a bodyshape and style that I think suites a slightly larger crowd. Myles is the guy that just brings the best out of others around him somehow? Peace!
I got the opportunity to hold and try out Myles’ signature guitar at my local music store, it is very versatile and sounds fantastic! Has a good feel to it too.
Awesome video! The new album is KILLER Myles!!
You watching all the new interviews too Mark? 🤠😆

Awesome interview! Looks like Myles is back on his workout routine as well. Man, I hope I look like that when I'm in my 50s.

That's an awesome one! Cheers //Kris
Myles!!!
I saw Myles and his band last week in Tilburg 013.. there are some recordings to be found on youtube, check them out, because the concert was AWESOME
Bella intervista😊😊
Mille grazie! //Kris
Yessir, mixolydian is my alltime fave. mode.
Awesome ❤
What’s the tuning for Say What You Will? Love that main riff!
I'm pretty sure it's drop C#. So Eb standard tuning and then you drop the low E string. //Kris
@@ThomannsGuitarsBasses thank you!!
He might of said it, but what tuning is he in during the interview?
❤
❤Myles!❤❤❤❤❤❤
Seriously, the interviewer needs to drink a glass of water.
Myles is a beast. Also, am I the only one that his talking voice reminds to Peter Griffin?
🇺🇸🎸🔥🤘🏻
25:41 - 25-43 Hilarious!
Oh, Myles has the same birthday as Bruce Lee, I was wondering why he keeps beating up his guitar 😅 Hu ha huiiiiiiuuuuuu chaka
Haha, that's why he needed such a sturdy and rock solid signature guitar. This can take all the Myles beat. 🤜 😅

Myles, go listen to GG Allin.
Thank God the Interviewer didn`t pass out
Guitar wood, pickups, gear is all irrelevant. “Doesn’t have the top end”. I would listen to Hendrix, and that’s about it. It’s in your fingers.
Gear is relevant tho
Jimi without Marshalls and Wah and Fuzz? Mmmhhhh….
@@nicok5630 you mean his rig before Mitch, and Noel?…….Mmmmhhh
@@nicok5630 what was Jimi playing from 1957 to 1966? Mmmhhh
and a over priced guitar
