tip: get 1 wood, 1 leather, 1 coal, 1 iron and 1 diamond. Sell everything for 10k (1 wood 10k, 1 leather 10k, 1 iron 10k and 1 diamond for 10k). You will get 47 ( -3k at game start) and also you can do it on every difficulty. Do it for good start and also don't forget to destroy some counties. I destroyed Russia as Poland in lesser than 20 turns.
