I'm trying to recreate some of them for 5e, and I'm sure you have detailed information that can help with that ;)
The dracorage is pretty dumb. Enraged dragons would not only destroy themselves but Elves, and Humans as well. This idea is so stupid, I have no words to explain why they thought it made sense in the first place.
My fellow referees, if you like doing your own thing while also having a basic framework for pantheons and topography, the realms can still be a good place to set your game. Zakhara, Osse, Maztica, Anchorome. Even Kara-tur has a lot of old lore, which lets you know how things were centuries ago, and you simply change what you wish and maintain the status quo if you like how things were. Faerun itself does not have an even distribution of content. The Border Kingdom has tons of small towns with snippets of info for you to set adventures and isn't even that far away from the extensively explored locations. Good luck and have fun.
Huh, so WotC is choosing to sponsor the community directly now eh? It’s a good move in terms of attempting to restore the communities trust and goodwill.

Okay. I'm disgusted at the number of people I'm seeing immediately vilifying MrRhexx over the sponsor. People are so eager to be petty and angry over everything regardless of severity. Come on guys. It's not like HE was responsible for the OGL debacle or any of the other factors that made you all mad at them. MrRhexx isn't a sellout. He's genuinely passionate about D&D JUST LIKE ALL OF YOU. If he wasn't, it wouldn't have been the backbone of his channel for so long, and he wouldn't have made all his PDFs. You guys have issues. It's just a freaking sponsor for his NORMAL content. Give the guy a break and stop whining tor 2 seconds...
@Stewart Some people enjoyed the movie.
I needed that so bad, I’ve been doing so much research on the history oh that world, especially the ancient times covered here, but never managed to find something that easy to follow.
Awesome, can you make the same video about Greyhawk? That would be lovely! :)
You have no idea how cool these videos are, excelent content❤
They must have realized that a lot of people like myself watch your videos even though they don't play DnD hence why they decided to sponsor you to get us to play.
Woohoo, that was me! 😁 Thank you for the input on how you'd handle travel!
Thanks for another great video. You overall work is one of the best source for DMing in Forgotten Realms.
Would you be willing doing videos about iconic characters, like Bruenor, Catti-brie, Wulfgar and many others?
I'm trying to recreate some of them for 5e, and I'm sure you have detailed information that can help with that ;)
Finally a new video of yours ❤ Much love from Germany 😊
04:20 is when the video starts. nice.
Can’t wait to see the next video! I really enjoy your content!
Welcome back, my king of lore and knowledge
The dracorage is pretty dumb. Enraged dragons would not only destroy themselves but Elves, and Humans as well. This idea is so stupid, I have no words to explain why they thought it made sense in the first place.
Another good one. Love Lore stories
Highly recommend the Year of Rogue Dragons trilogy that covers the Rage of Dragons storyline. Really good!
Thanks for continuing to make videos i enjoy.
Huh, so WotC is choosing to sponsor the community directly now eh? It’s a good move in terms of attempting to restore the communities trust and goodwill.
Did you do a video on Themberchaud? Or did I miss a mention in a different video? If not can you do one on the chubby dragon?
I'm actually surprised how much I already knew, and i bet 1/3 thanks to our MrRhexx guy.
Such awesome content MrRhexx!
About time! Missed these vids!
I'm new to DnD so can ya'll tell me...
Is this the most comprehensive vid about the creation myth on YT? Bc I can't find anything nearly as detailed/illuminating as this
Please forgive the question: if you were to describe tue specific flavour of the FR setting, what you would say? What really makes it differenti from Eberron, Grayhawk or Dragonlance?
This is a great video! I look forward to the continuation ❤
Cool vid!
Would be cool to put the artist's names you use on the images though :)
I’d be interested to see this kind of video for other campaign settings
Well... I know nothing of forgotten realms... so this helps.
I have waited for over a year for you to make this video!
Accepting a WotC sponsorship after the OGL debacle is crazy 😂
Ok, I get it was wotc saying this, but getting the players hand book was in fact, one of my best life decisions
Mr Rhexx does it again. So dense but so accessible
25:33 what is this program your using
What about that Elminster is our source through a child/teenage ed greenwood and a portal/gate in his basement!
Great VIdeo very hyped for this series
Excellent video. Thank you for this!
