Dont know if you'll see this drae but in the early early 2000s there was a guy who had a tractor that had a swivel frame and actually used it for offroading and rock crawling. Such an awesome build I remember the first time I saw it as a kid. I have that video somewhere around here on vhs lol

Drae, you can skip cars, it is known from an episode of myth busters when they wanted to test that since it was in a movie or something, and they found if you are fast enough you can skip across a small lake or pond to the other side if you need to.

The swivel frame is not a terrible idea, it just needs another version where you can control and limit the amount of rotation.
There was actually a swivel frame made for the classic Dodge Power Wagons. It's impressive to say the least.
