Route Mobile’s promoters are selling off the company. This came in as a little suprise to me. This is a classic example of how alert an investor should be. A few weeks before, the promoters were talking about such aggressive growth plans and were personally involved in the growth. Now suddenly, they have announced an exit. My view is one should book profits and come out of the stock once. See how the company is performing under the new promoters and think of re-entering later. It is a great business with a long run way for growth. But markets do not like uncertainity.

Hello Sir I am a Captain in Indian Army, who is keen towards investing. I was in my post at 14000 ft when I started watching your videos while it snowed heavily. I learned investing from my grandfather. My 5 top holdings in portfolio are : Fine Organics, Polycab, Tata Elxsi, Aavas and Cera Sanitaryware. My wife's top 5 holdings are:-LTI Mindtree, LTTS, KEI Industries, KPIT & ICICI Bank. Can we expect a stable return or a return better than sensex. I researched a lot & then made these investments. Moreover, I bought R systems initially when IT was not doing good & then waited for 06 months stock didn't moved & when I exited it went up 120℅. I also have Permanent Magnets, LT foods, Creative Peripherals and Dynamic cables in my high risk microcap holding with low investments. I have a question; I often hear you saying that higher ROE is of no use if there is no sales growth. I'm of the view that if a company, having ROE of more than 30%, is available at P/B of 1. I would love to buy that company even if there is no sales growth. Even without any sales growth, the company will generate the earning by the rate of RoE on its book value. What's your view on this please?

Sir, Reliance demerg Jio finance so a new share will come up from reliance and Reliance share valuation will go down. But in HDFC they issue IPO for HDFC AMC but it is supposed to be demerger.
Similarly Reliance may issue IPO for Reliance Jio or Reliance Retail but how ? It is supposed to be demerger because Reliance is owner of Reliance Retail and Reliance Jio, so ideally all share holders of reliance is owner of Reliance Retail and Reliance Jio so when it will get removed from Reliance all share holders of Reliance supposed to get Share of Reliance Retail and Reliance Jio please explain
