Bill Zito, Florida Panthers GM After 2024 NHL Draft in Las Vegas

Zito and the Panthers won the Stanley Cup for the first time; he finished third in the Vezina Trophy voting.

On Monday night, the Panthers took a 1-0 lead in the first on a goal from Carter Verhaeghe off a sharp pass from Evan Rodrigues.
Tied at 1 in the second, Dmitry Kulikov swept away the puck from an empty net - and Sam Reinhart scored on the ensuing rush.
The rest was up to the Florida defense which clamped down on the Edmonton offensive - with the help of some stellar goaltending from Sergei Bobrovsky.

I agree with you Oparazzi, Without Bobrosky they would not have won the Cup nor get to the finals, which is why he got slighted by the Canadian bias NHL in not winning the Conn Smythe.

I guess you're not throwing your drink in disgust now, are you. You expected your team to win 4 straight, if not in 5 or the most 6. SURPRISE. Oilers took you to 7 and it wasn't a blowout. You team was overconfident and almost cost you. You can thank Bobrovsky. If it wasn't for him the oilers would have won the cup.
