I don't prefer the manga nor the anime, but some people pointed out that while in the anime she remains stuck with her issues till the end, it may make you think some people just have it hard and there's nothing you can do about it. While in the manga we get to see a personal growth story. So it depends which one's better. If you're looking for the comedy, anime may be better. If you're looking for a story that points out things she (and maybe you) make wrong to always fail, and what to do to get better, then the manga is for you. Some people even said this manga changed their life for better.

I'm pretty sure the anime is described as comedy, even if it didn't feel like that to you (maybe because it was too relatable?). Tbh, sounds like you think you know everything, and everything is too shallow for you to really even consider seriously. I wish you're alright.

its a gag. if you enjoy amusing pathetic characters in relatable situations (mostly envolving situations of highschool kids) then yeah. its amusing with all the "orz i know how that feels" moments
