Would you say that adding fine motor control (juggling a tennis ball) to an underdeveloped 'CPG' activity like walking, will improve the output and decrease errors, because it forces more complex motor control where the initial upper motor neuron activity (walking) will be pushed down into the CPG by a more complex upper motor neuron activity (juggling a tennis ball while walking)? Summarized: Will someone who walks while juggling tennis balls, become more competent in walking than someone who just walks (given that both people walk the same way)?
The CPG in human is not as effective as cat". Does it related the use amount of footwear which is human is using and it is modifying and inhibiting the plantar flex reflex and foot withdrawal reflex.
