- Today I am going to show you how I transformed my very cotton-candy-intense-blue laundry room into a bright and cheery cottage-farmhouse-style laundry room for less than $25! I am so excited to see your video. I hurried to press on the video because I absolutely love your channel. This was such an amazing transformation. I saw the house tour and love your new home but I said to myself, she is going to kill these renovations and so said so done. I lo e this laundry room. It turned out absolutely gorgeous! It's so open and airy now and looks a lot bigger as well. I love using those privacy sheets for the doors, I did the same thing with my back door on my mud room and I just love it. You did a great job sister. Can't wait to see how your going to transform the rest of your beautiful home. The bright color made a lot of difference. One feels deep shelf will hold more but they are difficult to access. Love the transformation. Very fresh and beautiful. Love to you and more love to your daughter😍😍😍

Love your channel! There's a lot of goodness on UA-cam but not everything is obtainable for those of us on an extreme budget. This is a breath of fresh air! We can have beautiful homes too! The scripture scattered around the house is so good for our children, too. Love it! ♥

I love all of your ideas and how you used so many things that you had on hand. My favorite part is the Bible verses. I have added them to my list of Scripture that I want to memorize.
Jen D I am trying to start with shorter verses. 😂 I really have no problem with memorizing the words; I have a hard time with memorizing the numbers (locations).
@@ourdiyary Lol... that is the hardest part for me too.
I used to do that too until I came to the part where god commanded babies be torn from the womb and bashed upon the rocks and he also allowed slavery, depravity and subjugated women. Relished in the torture of those who didn't accept him. I'm now an Atheist. Read the bible. Front to back. You will find it the most vile, hate filled book you will ever read!
I have read the Bible from cover to cover and I will have to disagree with you. I find it to be a book of endless love, mercy, grace, and second chances. The Bible is FULL of stories of God redeeming and rescuing broken people. One perspective would be to see God as one who allows slavery, depravity, and other terrible things. Another perspective would be to see God as nothing but good, and that because of OUR sins, we have to reap the consequences of OUR actions. God does not relish in the torture of us, rather He is greatly distressed by it and hurts with us. I am so sorry that you have so much anger towards God. But on another note, thank you for clicking on my video and watching/commenting!

New subscriber.. we own a mobile home and purchased that window film in a stained glass style to cover our small bathroom windows. I just love it and it was very inexpensive. Great makeover. I can’t wait to see more👍

Very cute! I can't remember the brand name but you can buy a roll of peel and stick weatherstrip for the door until you replace it and that will cut down on the draftiness. You can also get a stick on piece for the bottom. Both are fairly inexpensive. Also, if you live in an area that gets cold, get a storm door. It can be snowing outside and I can have the doors open and still be warm because of the storm doors.
MsSassyMT Yes! I did the weatherproofing strips that just "clicked" in and slid in for the old house. This door is so old, I'm not sure what kind to get. Really, the door just needs to be replaced because it has started to leak. 😉 Thanks for taking the time to watch and send over your suggestions!

Really pretty. You do great work. You've inspired me to replace the shelving in my laundry/Mudroom. I think I want mine to be a walnut color like your butcher block on your dryer. Just to add a natural element. It is painted in Sherwin Williams Watermarked and a crisp white. Really pretty but I want to warm it up a bit. You did a fabulous job! You might want to add a fabric curtain/ privacy over your window door. Even though you put privacy on your glass, someone could still see your shadow. A fabric Roman shade would be cute!🌺🌺🌺

@@ourdiyary haha it really was! The previous owners had olllld wallpaper in the entire kitchen and laundry room. Actually from hearing other horror stories it came off pretty easily but still a pain.
Officially looking for a little wall basket for dryer lint. I have a trash can up on a wire rack but it's hard to reach! Little basket on the wall is so smart! It looks so much better.
