- Wheat dregs bread is a sweet bread typical of Maluku Indonesia which has a brownish color because it uses brown sugar.
the use of brown sugar, grated coconut, cinnamon powder makes this bread a favorite in the afternoon while drinking tea.
Ingredients:
200gr Maluku Brown Sugar / Brown sugar
100ml Water / Water
150gr Grated Coconut / Granded Coconut
2 Pandan Leaves / Pandan Leaves
400gr Flour / Flour
1 Egg / Egg
1 tsp Yeast / Yeast
50 butter / Butter
1 tsp Cinnamon / Cinnamon
2 tbs Milk powder / Milk Powder
2 tbs Palm Sugar
Divide the dough into 50gr for 12 slices of bread

This bread looks so soft and fluffy. The taste must be delicious too because of the yummy combination of coconut with brown sugar. Also its different than the regular bread buns
