@@SeLu17 it's no where near as OP as drum gun especially now double pump would be fun but garbage. The reason double pump was good was because it could destroy structures with ease since pumps got that nerf to structure dmg months ago double pump would not be that good
Double pumping was reslly good and did take skill but I don’t believe it’ll work today as to how advanced building gets. You can have double pump and you 1v1 me in creative and im doing highground retakes youre not gonna have time to keep up and build after shooting your second pump shot before I hit you for 220.
And for online the bots would just hold down their trigger and you would get fucking lasered because every bot has the greatest bloom EVER and then you proceed to smash your wall
So fortnite will see what players like and let them bring drumgun back, but wont listen them for the revert?

Exactly. The arena experience is vastly different. Kills don’t feel rewarding anymore. When I win or get high kills I just think ‘wow I got lucky with heals this game’. There’s no satisfaction anymore. Winning with siphon felt like an achievement, because you played good that game and got rewarded. Now I just get into a fight and someone comes to clean up. Then I kill that person, and the next, but eventually it becomes 4-5 people in a single fight and I can’t do anything anymore and I just die.
epic said themselves it resulted in "unhealthy levels of aggression", because people would just third party all the time due to having higher hp. hp/kill was only supposed to be a test, the playerbase is just too entitled

I liked double pump but looking as to how building evolved i dont think double pumping would work anymore, it worked back then because everyone only knew how to do 180s and sit in 1by1s.
