I grew up in Uganda and went to school with orphans. Even in United States I have met warm-hearted young people who have grownup without parents and still became productive citizens.

Cancer is scary disease. My daughter had a lump behind the ear that was caused by infected tonsils when she was in Africa. When she came to me she had a proper diagnosis and it turns out she had some cancer cells. She started to plan her life seriously and it killed me inside. Thank God for good health care system she is fine now. I wish you good health honey
@@queenbee1588 I wish if the African countries realised that it's the taxpayers money that build the country so it's wise to invest in their health system so the young ones can keep working and contributing to the economy of the country. Look at SA and how they do things to keep the health system go. You can not have people who can work if they are not healthy. They used to be like that here and they changed. The health system isn't free because we pay for the national insurance to the government that will be deducted from our salary so when you are sick you can be able to afford the treatment. Myself I have back problems that I have had injections for three years and I didn't pay a penny. Imagine if our health system was crap like that of some countries in Africa.

The healing power of our Lord Jesus Christ is never failing Dear. I testify to it. Surrender your life to Him if you had not yet Romans 10:10, for He chose you before you were born Jeremiah 1:4-5.
The fact that He has kept you alive without human support is a sign that you are the David, the Joseph in your family. Be strong for He is faithful to see His Glory manifested through you. You look weak and useless to them now but they will be saved through you in Jesus' name. Praying for you 🙏 🙏
