I did. I went SDI for DM and now NAUI for instructor
What other kinds of fish would you recommend for pickling? You mentioned walleye and pike. I live in Oklahoma. There is some walleye here in spots but I’ve never caught them. I assume it needs to be a firmer fish? I feel like crappie would be too soft. Spoonbill maybe.
Firm fish are better, but you can try softer fish. The brine does firm it up quite a bit.
