GLORY. Nothing like ole timey Pentecostal Holy Ghost, holiness singing, shouting and praising the Lord. I wish that I was right in the big middle of all you precious saints giving God glory right along with you.
This is the type of church I was raised in. I love it and I am blessed every time I watch this service. Love their music and ministry. Their choir director - wow, what a voice!
Thank-you Claudie. About 2 years ago you got word to the Dallas COG to pray for my wife who had a brain anyurism. We were losing her until that moment. She made a huge turn and is fully recovered. Two weeks ago I went to the Dallas COG and told pastor Shortridge about it. Thank-you so much.
Mr. Claudie thank you for continuing to post videos I haven't heard anything from you with the nesbitts being in a Revival lately but I sure would like to hear have some that you posted years ago that they sang some revivals I really like them I hope you have them back as guest singing at y'all's church thank you for posting all these songs for years I've been watching your post and they have saved me and Times of trial God bless you may the god shine his face upon you and give you peace
Regardless of what went down with the Shortridge family. Every church has it's Best day. Every church setting in this District has. As a former member of the East Gastonia COG myself it did! In East gastonia's best day, from 1982 to 1999, the Services the majority of the times is exactly what you see here on this you-tube post. Unfortunately 9/11 sent East Gastonia into gradual decline, as it did other churches. As well as people were just getting older, moving, going to college, or some just simply lost interest or transferred there membership. Other's left to pursue Ministry, MIP, evangelism, pastoring, however in East Gastonia's prime, very few dry Services! Of course people left because some experienced Church hurt. What church doesn't have that issue" however unless we can stay in our twenties and thirties, forever when we are the most sharpest physically and mentally! It's just impossible to keep up at this level! The Holy Spirit can and will always revive his church! That's not even to be in question! However Time is undefeated...

Seeing the men dance more than the women is rare.
That's because men don't have spiritual orgasms as easily as women
I love it.

This was when Dallas was Dallas and before the demonic attack on the Shortridge family.
