I love this story, thanks to the Paris Olympics 2024, the world knows who she is. Gabby Thomas is a complete person, her personality truly humane, intelligent, big heart, ready to help in a big way. Her educational achievements is the source of her strength and will lead her to what she is planning in the future helping communities in health care. This is a National Issue and she will do great contributions nation wide. The country needs people like Gabby Thomas & people like her. She has a vision and this vision is for USA & its citizens. I understand not using footage from the Paris Olympics because of their strict policies, not what is with all the randomly incorrect stock footage? You allowed an old white man when taking about her Jamaican father, and talked about an event in New York City while sleeping footage of Chicago, and random other black females when talking about her.
I totally agree I'm happy for her winning 3 gold medals but I believe they should have allowed Brittney Brown the bronze medalist behind Gabby in the 200m to run in either the 100m relay or the 400m relay at a chance at a gold medal. She would have done just as well, considering that with Sydney running 2nd leg in the 400m relay with the lead she gave, whoever ran 3rd leg would not have been a problem for them winning gold. So I believe Brittney should have been given the chance at the 100m relay or the 400m relay for a gold medal. Brittney could have done well too
