He called a tornado for next day and put a dot on map. (I hate he doesn’t list locations) I took screen shot n blew it up and verified yep that’s exactly me. Next day tornado touched down across street .. directly across street… 1st time ever in the 20 yrs I live here. In Colorado so we get tornadoes but never my area ..
@@Think-dont-believe Very cool you are okay from this weather, been in 2 of them while in my home and got chased by a third one down I-96 in Michigan while on vacation. I had it in my rear-view mirror for about 5 miles, when I came across the exit going into a small town in Michigan. As Maxwell Smart says, "Missed me by THAT much.

Man I live in South Georgia & it’s been a COLD winter down here due to the freezing cold cutting you type wind that’s been down here literally all winter! The wind has been FREEZING this entire season!

I watched the totality in SC last solar eclipse. The birds, crickets and chickens were going to bed for a few minutes. Indeed...it was a very weird feeling.
There are many things that happen. Waves of light dancing around called shadow bands, shadows become mysterious looking, pinhole effects. Much more spectacular things happen on the ground in my opinion than the moon crossing over the sun.

I live in Oregon and saw the eclipse 7 years ago. I encourage you to go, if you can. It will be something you will never forget! Don't forget to look at the ground!

Stand under a tree and look down at all the moons it makes as the solar eclipse begins.
You should be able to get the special glasses! I was in totality too 7 years ago! Those glasses should be in several stores!

I live in Cleveland, Ohio and we're smack dab in the path of totality and I am SO EXCITED FOR THIS EVENT! I know some areas in the U.S. have declared States of Emergency for that day, expecting potential fuel *and* food shortages, and possible power outages with everyone traveling to witness the event.

I had the pleasure of visiting Cleveland OH and Butler PA during the winter 2021. Although I did enjoy the old, historic structures, I don’t miss the grey skies in Cleveland.
It was REALLY windy in Ohio today, surprisingly endless wind gusts without breaks in-between. Loved it.
Got my safety glasses from 2017. It will be 80 to 85% in western North Carolina as long as there are no clouds.

Looks like below normal temperature until April after this weekend. I am keeping an eye on snow on Sunday in the Ohio Valley

Don't worry, Lower 48, it is just a bunch of freezing temperatures from Alaska and Canada spilling South as the cold air heats up and expands in the springtime.
Ugh it’s way too hot and way too early here by Lake Superior. I wish that foot of snow dropping over the Rockies were going to dump on us in the U.P.. Almost all of my gorgeous snow is gone. Looks like maybe Sunday.

Unfortunately I live in South Georgia & we don’t really get a spring. It’s either really cold & dewy so extra cold or hot & humid so extra hot lol it’s another type of heat down here & the humidity makes it SO MUCH WORSE! I’m so not ready for that hot & wet heat chile! 😂

@@sevinlove438 yeah it’s been pretty warm down here in South Georgia except for the wind! Without that freezing cold wind I feel like it would have been hot around here a lot of days. that wind was cutting down here tho! But I do think we did get a quiet a few below average temperatures down here too tho. Other than those days tho, without that wind I think it would have been much warmer.
@@sevinlove438I’m in Virginia, it has not been warm at all. I can literally only remember one warm day recently.
@@jollymastermind1237 Well you probably live in a extremely high elevation part of Virginia because the rest of the state of Virginia such as Norfolk, Richmond, Roanoke, Arlington, etc have experienced warmer than normal temperatures with record minimal snowfall.
Hope no severe weather hits Columbus Ohio... The last time I had to get into my closet as I have trouble getting into the basement due to my CP.... Be safe all...

Not only are you a great weatherman, you actually seem like a psychic. Ohio/Indiana got HAMMERED Thursday night. Tornadoes ripping through the state line between Indiana and Ohio, several town affected within miles of my home. It jumped over my town and crashed so many people around us. I was listening to Ryan the entire time. Our local weather personnel are good, but Ryan is better. He just..knows exactly where the storms are, predicts perfectly the path, and he saves lives. Been following Ryan for several years now.
I feel bad for that one spot in the middle of Texas that's expecting 786 degree weather...

I live in the inland northwest in Washington. The last time we had a "terrible" (meaning dry winter) was back in 2013... that was also the year of the el reno tornado. This winter was worse than 2013 so i fear we'll be seeing some major tornados this year.

I am a teacher and bought a box of the glasses for our last solar eclipse. Our district cancelled school for the solar eclipse, so I drove to Tennessee and passed them out (for free) to folks in Townsend.

My welding goggles with level 14 lenses worked great for the last total eclipse August 2017. Funny how animals reacted. Cows started moving, and a few owls came out. Temp dropped about 20 degrees.

This back and forth is really messing with my sinuses....all the pressure changes leaves me with small headaches for about 2 days. (nothing ever bad...but enough to know it's there).
