What are you flaps and power set at when taking off the water? Im trying to do the Aerial Firefighting Extended Attack mission but after filling my tanks i cant take off again. I can only get up to like 80 knots in the lake and just cant take off again.
For take off with full loads, use 2 notches of flaps. Control the bouncing as best you can, you want a just-barely-above-nose-level attitude. Bring power to the top of the green and when you get to 75-80kts (when co-pilot says "full power", push the throttles all the way forward. As soon as you're cleanly off the water, level off, use ground effect, and reduce power back into the green!

Only pick 50% water and take off wirh flaps 15(notch 2) into the wind.
