I love NHL 22's gameplay and I think the graphics are really really good but it really sucks as soon as you score a badass goal they might do one replay and it's from terrible angles, And there's basically no introduction and after the pup goes out of play or it's icing or something it's always the overhead camera with some stats out to the side every single time they don't change it it's not any different and the presentation just sucks which has me going back to playing NHL 2016 on my PlayStation 3 and I just bought NHL 2016 for the PlayStation 4 and I'm expecting that later this week, Because I miss Doc The commentator who retired a couple of years ago and the presentation was a lot better and maybe the graphics aren't 10 out of 10 like they are now they're really really close

looks like a serious improvement over the worst NHL game in my honest opinion. The crowd, mascot, presentation, commentary and FINALLY authentic goal horns/songs is amazing.
+nickwick35 gameplay also is a huge improvement. There's actually a thing called defense in the game this year, and goaltending is so much better. Skating and passing has a nicer feel, too.

When will EA take note that the defending teams face-off formation is the "aggressive" formation in the game. That default defensive face-off position that is in the game now was used during the 70's! You'll see this position once in a blue moon
Whoever is controlling the Hawks is possibly the worst chel player of all time, and to be doing it with those stupid assists is just absolutely disgraceful.

Don't know how long Doc has been doing the games, but he doesn't sound nearly as animated as he tends to in real life. There even seem to be entire sections of play that aren't even remarked on, which is irksome in itself. Maybe it's not having played one of these games in so long, but the commentary is rather underwhelming.
