Hey man, checkout the vw Touareg, the most underrated suv, the 1st gen has the engine options, a vr6, which rarely comes with air suspension and is the slowest, the v8, which is the most recommended, being that it has air suspension, and it’s very robust, and lastly, a twin turbo v10 diesel, which is a maintenance disaster, if you want the best luxury sleeper suv, go with a vw Touareg v8, and don’t forget it’s the best German off roader.

@@jaybomb5022 I had two e46 330i. First one was an automatic and the second one was 6spd zhp. The first one I had was very problematic. headlights reflector bowls, front control arm bushings, rear control arm bushings, all four struts, windows regulators, sunroof, headliner, A and C pillars, entire cooling system, vacuum leak, fuel pump, fuel pressure regulator/filter, automatic headlight/rain sensor, tail light ground issue, all the gaskets were leaking including oil pan gasket (PIA job), and I think there were some more, but literally I can still remember so many top of my head. To any first time car buyers that click on this video. Or at least ppl who don’t know about cars. Yes this video was MADE for you. The title is an anecdote. There is no such thing as cheap/reliable/luxury car. In real life you can only choose two out of the three. Bottom line is in the end, all used cars with high mileage will need maintenance. And if you rely off someone else like a mechanic to keep up with your car, you’re better off buying something cheap and reliable and not a luxury car that might be more expensive to maintain than you thought.
Last piece of advice. When Buying a heavily depreciated sports or luxury car. You are not maintaining what you paid ie. 10-20k car. You are maintaining a 30-100k car (when the car came out new) (depends what brands but biggest depreciation brand that comes the mind is Mercedes) so parts and labor will cost an arm and a leg. If you plan to buy a cheap luxury car BEST piece of advice is do ALL the maintenance yourself and ALREADY have a separate dependable car for when it breaks down and or you’re servicing the vehicle.

They’re great cars for the short time they live. Don’t ever open your sunroof unless you’re a minute from home. Nothing like trying to close one that quit when you’re many miles from home. Same with power windows and anything on the car that is electrically powered. To put an Audi on a list of reliable cars is tff. 😂

None of these cars are good at around $10k, or even less, most have been out of Warranty for more than 10 years, and expensive repairs are just around the corner, and very old tech.

Have you ever have a6 3.0? or maybe cayenne? Why did you put them up there? Nothing about reliability, money pit, compere to these e46/39 10 times more reliable and they are full of expansive troubles. The only things that reliable in this topic is Lexus. + Check market, you can get newer models for 10k
