I have a good Saturn in 8th and I have always been able to sit in meditation all day without a problem. I know many people who cannot sit for half a minute. 8th house is transformation and mysteries, so it can bring good discipline, endurance and patience with regard to those matters. So much so, my teachers noticed I like to sit and so they say, "No, don't do that, in your case that won't help you anymore, you need to just do brief meditations, you are too fixated on long meditation, that will not help you." Sir, I am aries ascendant with retrograde jupiter in lagna and with saturn in 8th house scorpio, rahu in 12th house, pluto-sun-venus-combust moon-combust retrograde mercury in 7th house, mars-ketu in 6th house. I am going through saturn dasa since Nov 2009. I had 7.5 saturn, saturn return in 8th house scorpio, repeated activation of 8th house as saturn transits are going on. Too much of intense energies due to loss of job,marital issues, loss of my sibling for a tragic road accident, relational issues with family and relatives, betrayals and facing cold-hearted people always.
